Return & Refund Policy
ABOUT DELIVERY
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days upon verification of payment unless stated for backorder/customized items. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia).
Once the Order Completed Email with tracking number is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
BOUNCED PARCELS
- Customers will be contacted via email/whatsapp should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
- Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Yunique Wear will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
- Yunique Wear reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
- Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
We do provide returns for all regular priced items. Only regular priced items purchased directly first-hand from www.yuniquewearbyfoo.com is valid for returns.
Returns of any form is strictly not allowed for all SALE items and orders placed using any form of promotional/discount code, store credits and reward vouchers.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days.
For your information, we do accept return for all items provided it fulfill the requirements below.
- Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
- Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for apparels which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.
- All items sold are strictly non refundable, only exchangeable with store credits for next purchase.
- Customers shall bear with the return postage.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

2. All return parcel kindly send to the address below:
Lot 2-70, Level 2, Viva Shopping Mall, Taman Miharja, Jalan Loke Yew, 55200, Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur.
3. The Return Department will get back to you once your return item is received by us. This normally takes 2-3 working days. Your returned parcel will then be reviewed and return credit will be issued after we have received and reviewed your return parcel.
