Your continued usage of the Website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property, Software and Content:

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of Yunique Wear By Foo, protected by copyright laws. All such rights are reserved by Yunique Wear By Foo. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal and non-commercial use and must credit the content back to “YUNIQUEWEARBYFOO.COM”. You are not permitted to use any content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

Shopping:

  • Please ensure the correct item has been selected before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and we will not be held liable in the event the wrong item is selected.
  • Your order is only secured and confirmed upon submission of your payment.
  • In order to process your order efficiently, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed.
  • In the event that we are unable to fulfill/ship your order, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).

Payment:

  • By default, prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 
  • Modes of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit or credit cards. 
  • We will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once payment has been made.

Promo Codes and Offers:

Promo codes and offers are made at our sole discretion and are subject to time validity, a valid Promotional Code should be entered during the checkout process for a product to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase or after the expiration of the code will not be acknowledged.

Products:

  • The true color of an item may vary slightly due to studio lighting and inevitable discrepancies arising from an individual computer and/or tech device.
  • Measurements may vary 1 – 2cm from what is stated due to mass manufacturing processes.
  • Print placement on apparel may vary unless otherwise stated.
  • Specks of dust found on printed fabric is not considered a defect due to the manufacturing process
  • There may inevitably be slight scratches on costume jewelry.
  • We will not be held liable if you have purchased our merchandise through a third party.

The above stated are non-eligible for exchanges.

Products Cares:

You are advised to hand wash all Yunique Wear By Foo apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as color transfer may occur.
Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
